Return Policy

At Aaylena Jewelry, your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

• The jewelry must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition.
• It must be returned in its original packaging, including any jewelry box, pouch, and tags (if applicable).
• The item must show no signs of wear, damage.  

   

  Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or an incorrect item was sent.
